Dear Customer
Last night, ZA-JHB03 was a target of a DDOS attack. This has caused our thresholds to be lowered in order to mitigate the attack, and some customers may experience issues connecting to servers, downloading or database timeouts.
The issue has been raised with the upstream provider, and we are awaiting feedback from them.
