Update -
Additional impact identified: IPv6 resolution of ns1.hl-host.net and ns2.hl-host.net is currently failing. DNS zone transfers from ns1 to ns2 have been stalled since the outage began, preventing recent record updates from propagating. Clients on IPv6-only networks may be unable to resolve domains using our nameservers. We are awaiting restoration of ns1's IPv4 connectivity from our provider to resolve this.

Identified -
Root cause confirmed as a network provisioning issue on our upstream provider's infrastructure. A support ticket has been raised and is being actively investigated. IPv4 connectivity to ns1 remains down pending provider intervention.
