Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you of a scheduled data centre migration affecting our ZA-JHB03 node. We will be moving customer data from the Xneelo DC to DPA (Digital Parks Africa). Customers will be moved onto a new node as well
This upgrade is part of our ongoing effort to improve performance, reliability, and long-term capacity.
Maintenance Date: 12 December 2025 Start Time: 09:30 AM (SAST) Estimated Duration: Up to 6 hours Note: The migration may take less time, but we are allocating the full window for safety.
Impact:
All game servers hosted in ZA-JHB03 will experience downtime during the migration.
IP address changes will occur for all affected game servers on ZA-JHB03.
All game servers on ZA-JHB03 will get their new IP address assignments automatically
